The Role: Customer Service Outreach Representative Are you outgoing, friendly, and ready to hit the pavement with purpose? We are looking for upbeat, people‑loving individuals to join their Community Engagement Team as Canvassers/Doorknockers. You’ll work during the week, chatting with neighbors and making meaningful connections. What You’ll Be Doing: Team up and head out to pre‑planned neighborhoods for some good old-fashioned face‑to‑face outreach. Strike up friendly conversations, help residents complete a quick survey, and connect them to the MTA team for more info. Be the approachable, enthusiastic face of MTA—every door is an opportunity! Wrap up your shift with a quick debrief to share insights and feedback. Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or cold calling preferred but not required Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and working outdoors. Presentable, reliable, and team‑oriented. Passionate about community engagement and technology.
