Store Manager

The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service, ensuring customers have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including open/close procedures, work order management, CICO procedures, and inventory management. Provide high levels of customer service. Staff and schedule the store and make necessary modifications. Manage cash handling and perform proper cash management. Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure technicians are SafeTech™ certified and provide coaching and training for quality installs or repairs. Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and record‑keeping. Collaborate with marketing associates to ensure proper display of materials. Respond quickly to client complaints or warranty issues, providing world‑class customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred). Valid state‑issued driver’s license. 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to incentivizing performance. 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence, persuade, engage, and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce. Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions. Professional appearance and ability to wear personal protective equipment. Physical requirements: able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
