We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in Women’s Health to work as a First Assist. Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred, but not mandatory. No overnight shifts required. Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm Surgical Assistance: Serve as the first assist for our providers during surgeries and C-sections. Responsibilities include surgery prep, retraction, controlling bleeding, suturing/closing, and direct collaboration with OB surgeons. Base Compensation: $132k - $144k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
