Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled & Long-Term Care Job Status Active - Currently accepting applications Job Overview Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in Saunders Medical Center's Long-Term Care facility. The LTC CNA assists residents with daily activities, monitors their condition, and works closely with the nursing team to provide safe, quality care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care according to their care plans. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, meal consumption, and other required documentation. Report changes in residents' conditions or abnormal vital signs to the Charge Nurse. Respond promptly to resident call lights and alarms. Assist with safe transfers using proper techniques and equipment. Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident rooms and care areas. Assist with resident admissions, dismissals, meals, and other assigned unit duties. Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and facility policies. Qualificiations Required Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
