Client Services Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our Houston office and support our Employee Benefits team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, working with data, and building relationships with insurance carriers and clients. Whether you're an experienced benefits professional or looking to further develop your career in employee benefits, we'll provide the support and exposure needed to help you grow. What You'll Do As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Account Managers to support employer benefit programs and help ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service. Responsibilities include: Assisting Account Managers with client service and renewal activities Gathering and organizing employee census information for carrier submissions Coordinating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and carrier quoting processes Working directly with insurance carriers to market employee benefit plans Reviewing and tracking carrier quotes and responses Creating benefit comparison spreadsheets and proposal materials Maintaining client records and documentation Supporting new client onboarding and implementation activities Assisting with presentations, reports, and client communications Helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Requirements What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Preferred qualifications include: 2-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, client services, account support, or a related field Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system is a plus Active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred, but not required Willingness and ability to obtain a Life & Health License in the future College degree preferred Why Join Securance Corp Agency?
