Contract speech-language pathologists with experience in schools are invited to partner with dedicated teams to deliver essential therapy services. This position offers the chance to provide high-quality interventions, whether on site or via teletherapy, while working with a variety of student needs.

Key Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Recent experience in a school-based setting
• Teletherapy experience highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized therapy plans and track progress
• Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual sessions when needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students (in person and/or virtually)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to develop tailored intervention plans
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Utilize a variety of resources and tools to keep students engaged in both virtual and traditional settings
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
