As a Behavior Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, with strong support and training provided. Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and teaching essential skills across different settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. Behavior Technicians play a crucial role in providing effective interventions, tracking progress, and supporting clients in reaching their goals.
