Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMO Business Manager / Service Delivery Partnership Specialist to drive service delivery excellence, business operations, financial governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, commercial governance, contract management, and PMO operations . The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure successful service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Plan, lead, and govern strategic service partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure effective communication across delivery, finance, operations, and leadership teams.

PMO & Business Operations

• Drive PMO governance, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track and monitor key service delivery metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and business outcomes.
• Identify operational risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement programs.

Financial Management & Commercial Governance

• Manage and support P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and resource allocation .
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor revenue, margins, utilization, and financial performance against targets.
• Support commercial contract reviews, renewals, closures, and compliance activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership for business decision-making.

Service Improvement & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service agreements, and organizational policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of new service offerings and business opportunities.

Team Enablement

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members on PMO practices, governance, and business operations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across delivery and operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 6+ years of experience in PMO, Business Management, Service Delivery Management, or Operations Management .
• Strong experience in:
  • P&L Management
  • Budget Planning & Forecasting
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Cost Optimization
  • Commercial & Contract Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Governance & PMO Operations
• Experience in preparing executive dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
