Twin City Staffing is seeking a quality technician to join a precision-focused team in Mendota Heights! This role is vital in maintaining ISO 9001 and Nadcap standards while ensuring top-tier documentation and client communication. Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Monday Friday)

Duties of the quality technician:

• Lead internal audits and assist with external audit activities
• Support ISO 9001 and Nadcap-compliant quality systems
• Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, and manuals
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with clients
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support supplier quality qualification and performance tracking
• Train cross-functional teams on quality requirements
• Ensure adherence to industry and customer-specific standards

Requirements of the quality technician:

• 2+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or Nadcap standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficiency in blueprint and specification comprehension
• Skilled in interpreting and operating precision measuring tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communicator and process influencer
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
