Position Summary

Self Service Attendant is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle wash services in both express and full-service environments. This position supports daily site operations through vehicle preparation and exterior service tasks while working under direct supervision of site leadership.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Schedule: Seven days on, seven days off. Work Thursday through Wednesday, with daily hours of 6–9 a.m. and 1–5 p.m.

Essential Functions

The following duties are considered essential functions of this position:

• Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, equipment, and work areas
• Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
• Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions

Customer Experience Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide basic service information
• Direct customer concerns or complaints to management

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Frequently use hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and operational equipment
