Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sacramento, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in a high-acuity setting. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient safety and recovery. Job Details Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support certification. Additionally, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is required. Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience. Prior ICU nursing experience and certifications such as NIH Stroke Scale and CCRN are preferred. Bachelors degree in nursing or related field is also preferred.
