Client Relationship Consultant

ADP is hiring a Bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant who must reside in the Miami, Orlando, or Fort Lauderdale area. Overview As a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant, you will strengthen connections with clients through service and consultation around benefit education strategies. Your role includes increasing benefit participation, client experience, employee retention, and engagement by understanding clients’ needs and strategically driving results. Key Responsibilities Design and execute year‑round benefit strategies and communications for an assigned client base. Conduct worksite benefit meetings, including new‑hire orientations, quarterly wellness reviews, spending‑account education, year‑end onboarding, and open enrollment sessions. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance benefit enrollment and strategy initiatives. Continuously upgrade your knowledge of benefits through training and becoming a subject‑matter expert. Maintain a disciplined daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections. Travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships as required. Requirements Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast‑paced service environment. Experience in benefits and the ability to present to large audiences effectively. Strategic thinker who can assess needs and provide innovative solutions that meet client business objectives. Willingness to travel for client visits. College degree is desirable but not required; military experience is also valued. Bonus Points Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments. Experience managing multiple large complex clients or advisor relationships at senior organizational levels.
