Dental Assistant Practice Manager Established Private Family Dental Office
Are you an experienced dental leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for a Dental Assistant Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy private family dental office in Saginaw, MI
This is an opportunity to join a well-established office where your leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Oversee daily front and back office operations
Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims
Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production
Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained
Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development
Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance
What We're Looking For
2 - 3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred)
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing both people and daily operations
Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently
Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required
Available to work Monday–Friday
