Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN toProvide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering urgent medical care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with verification through Nursys within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Maintain current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications with valid expiration dates, preferably AHA or ARC.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work every other weekend during day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).
• Comply with travel and onboarding requirements, including labs within 3-5 days and 7-year work history verification.
