Technical Lead

Title: Technical Lead
Location: Multiple Positions
Duration: 12+ months
• Meet the stakeholders on Functional and Non-Functional requirement analysis and create user stories.
• Understand the business needs, product backlog, consolidate and finalize the requirements.
• Perform Impact Analysis and prepare High/Low level designs and identify the type of testing's (SIT/UAT/Regression) needs on the code changes.
• Provide Data/Data Structures to the migration team.
• Modify/Build/Code the components in COBOL/JCL/DB2/MQ/CICS.
• Compile and Debug the modules as per the requirement design and capture the Unit test results.
• Coordinate with peers/interfacings systems on the integrity/bug free flow and Promote the components to the higher environments for the Testing.
• Prepare SRS, COD, UTCR documents.
• Fix the defects reported by SIT/UAT/Regression teams.
• Work on Relational and Object databases DB2, UDB
• Make sure all the modules are installed to the production and perform post-Install validations, check any BAU services/processes.
• Log all the documentation in ALM/PPM/AGM.
