Lead People Strategy Across a Growing, Multi-State Healthcare Organization
InterDent Service Corporation is one of the largest dental support organizations (DSOs) in the western United States, providing centralized business and administrative services that allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

In addition to our predominantly fee-for-service platform, InterDent operates Capitol Dental Care (CDC), a nationally recognized value-based care organization that partners with Oregon Coordinated Care Organizations to deliver oral healthcare through the Oregon Health Plan. Since 1994, CDC has focused on improving oral and overall health outcomes through preventive, community-based care.
Our centralized operating model enables our practices to deliver exceptional patient care while driving consistency, operational excellence, and scalable growth across a complex, multi-state healthcare organization.
Our Mission
To provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services while improving the overall health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
