Quality Technician Supervisor

Job Description

We're hiring a Quality Technician Supervisor to lead quality inspection activities and support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment on Third Shift . This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production teams. This is at our second facility in Cleveland.

Third Shift $70k-$80k

Responsibilities:

Lead and support Quality Technicians and Inspectors
Oversee inspections, testing, and quality documentation
Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
Support ISO 9001 compliance and audit activities
Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Partner with Production and Engineering to improve quality performance

Requirements:

3+ years of manufacturing quality experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment
Blueprint reading and GD&T experience preferred
PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC experience a plus
