Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a highly analytical and execution-driven Quantitative Trader who specializes in proprietary trading strategies and algorithmic trading infrastructure. This tactical role requires a professional who can effortlessly navigate the structural complexities of the digital asset markets, manage real-time portfolios with absolute precision, and design low-latency tools to support the firm's multi-tier trading objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Execution & Optimization: Execute large-scale client and proprietary trades, optimizing routing parameters for best execution while mitigating market impact and maintaining strict discretion.
  • Quantitative Strategy Formulation: Develop, backtest, and implement quantitative mathematical trading models aligned with market arbitrage loops and macro client goals.
  • Liquidity & Trend Analytics: Conduct statistical analysis on high-frequency order books, historical telemetry, and asset liquidity depths to guide enterprise risk positions.
  • Real-Time Risk Management: Continuously assess, monitor, and mitigate active exposure risks across volatile asset landscapes for both the firm and its partners.
  • Algorithmic Automation Infrastructure: Create and optimize low-latency programmatic tools and scripts to automate high-velocity execution layers.
  • Regulatory Enforcement: Ensure all executed market strategies and internal algorithmic pathways explicitly adhere to localized financial regulations and internal compliance bounds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline) with a solid foundation in trading algorithms.
  • Proven professional track record in quantitative trading, market making, or institutional client execution within crypto or similar electronic financial markets.
  • Elite programming proficiency in low-level systems languages—specifically C++ or Rust —with native familiarity navigating blockchain infrastructures or smart contract endpoints.
  • Strong analytical mechanics with the ability to communicate complex mathematical or programmatic concepts to diverse stakeholder networks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and real-time risk mitigation instincts under high-concurrency pressure environments.
  • Geographic Scope: Remote-first structure open to eligible quantitative experts operating from the United States, Canada, or France .

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat inside a prominent Web3 innovator shaping decentralized digital asset markets.
  • Competitive baseline salary combined with performance-tied trading bonus schemes.
  • Comprehensive medical care profiles and country-specific retirement/pension plans.
  • Dedicated corporate allocations for professional learning, engineering bootcamps, and career development.
  • Access to exclusive employer perks, corporate discounts, and structured social team events.
