SERVICE ADVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Super Tech Automotive is growing and looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is not a call center position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple customer conversations at once, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow, we want to talk with you. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and enthusiastically Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status updates to customers Follow up with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs Assist with estimates and repair orders Coordinate communication between customers and technicians Maintain accurate customer information and vehicle records Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Help keep the front office organized and efficient What We're Looking For Excellent communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Dependable and punctual Team player with a strong work ethic Comfortable using computers and technology Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required Someone who takes ownership and follows through What Success Looks Like Answering every call with energy and professionalism Building trust with customers Keeping promises and following through Staying calm under pressure Helping the team win every day Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Taking initiative without being asked #J-18808-Ljbffr Super-Tech-Automotive-LLC
