Supply Chain Systems Engineer

Job Description Proactively supports Supply Chain’s overall strategic plan by analyzing data and producing information that optimizes processes and assists in the information flow through multiple value streams in the organization. Designs, develops, tests, documents, and implements decision support tools and process automation applications, providing functional support for these tools. Assists in process improvement initiatives for supply chain technology. Technology support includes: Extracting and analyzing data from a variety of information systems with maximum accuracy. Managing databases and using analytics tools such as SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau. Programming or scripting in languages such as Python, SQL, VBA, or Java. Implementing and utilizing supply chain solutions and enterprise resource planning applications. Providing training to support team members on supply chain technology. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions and decision support tools to efficiently solve complex problems. Lead project activities, develop and coordinate plans and road maps, and work cross‑functionally with business leaders. Identify and resolve defects, optimize system implementations, and implement controls to ensure process validity. Update technical documentation and provide training to support team members. Extract data and present information using complex reporting tools to support Supply Chain performance. Act as the technical expert for systems within the supply chain department and coordinate improvements with other departments. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in technology management, process improvement, or analytics development. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical training and work experience. Strong organizational skills, ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with programming/scripting languages: Python, SQL, VBA, Java. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Shift Information Shift Day: Monday‑Friday; Shift Start Time: 8:30AM; Shift End Time: 5:00PM.
