PRN Physical Therapist

Paulding Care Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist! Qualifications Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. Holds current license and/or registration in the state of Georgia. CPR certified preferred Job Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders. Document findings on the standardized evaluation form, accurately and adhering to all guidelines. Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration, treatment modalities, family education and documentation in order to assure the best outcome for our patient. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges. Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
