Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced NICU setting
Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Educate families and support them through care plans and discharge processes
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

What You Need

Required: Louisiana RN license, BLS certification, 2+ years NICU or relevant RN experience
Preferred: NRP Certification, additional neonatal care certifications
Key Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
