Maintenance Technician

Full-time Maintenance TechnicianThe Rocks Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.General Purpose:Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.Essential Duties:Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.Regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as required.Education/Experience:Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands:Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.Environment/Noise:Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
