Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Lee, MA Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Temp-to-Hire | $21–$29/hr (based on experience) Our client in Lee is seeking a dependable and hard‑working Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. What You’ll Be Doing Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment; load outgoing trucks Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify against packing slips, and put inventory away accurately Inventory: Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation Light Assembly: Build product kits using hand and power tools General Warehouse: Keep work areas clean and organized, including operating floor scrubber and handling routine upkeep Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and standard procedures What We’re Looking For Prior warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift Basic math and reading skills Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) a plus Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented What to Expect Full‑time, temp‑to‑hire opportunity Pay range of $21–$29/hr depending on experience Upon hire, benefits may include health, dental, 401(k), and more On‑the‑job training and opportunity to learn multiple areas of the operation Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Lee, MA.
