Entry Level Production Technician Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. No aerospace experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to learn. Individuals from manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, warehouse, assembly, military, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, machine operation, and other hands-on backgrounds are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Assemble products and components using hand and power tools Support production, testing, and manufacturing operations Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Package and prepare materials for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely and collaborate with team members Assist with other production-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills Comfort working with tools, equipment, or machinery Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Basic computer skills are helpful but not required Experience We Like to See We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including: Manufacturing Assembly Construction Automotive Maintenance Warehouse Military HVAC Plumbing Electrical Machine operation Fabrication Landscaping Any other hands-on or mechanically focused role Previous aerospace experience is not required. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
