We combine expert services with a fun, music-filled atmosphere - think old-school barbering with a modern, rock-and-roll edge - to give clients an awesome experience. What You'll Do

Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.
Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

What You Bring

Current Barber License (barbering is a required skill for this role).
Strong technical competency in clipper and razor work.
Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
Open to working evenings and Sundays.

Pay Range

$30-$55+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater
(including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)
