What You'll Do

• Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.
• Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

What You Bring

• Current Barber License (barbering is a required skill for this role).
• Strong technical competency in clipper and razor work.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
• Open to working evenings and Sundays.

Pay Range

$30–$55+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater (including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)
