Medical Assistant – Outpatient Specialty PracticeFull-Time | Day Shift | Monday–FridayNurSelect is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Medical Assistant for a full-time opportunity with a well-established outpatient specialty practice in Lebanon and Lancaster Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment with direct patient interaction, procedural support, and strong collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.Position Highlights· Full-time day shift schedule· Monday–Friday work week· No overnight shifts· Professional outpatient specialty clinic setting· Stable long-term opportunity· Team-oriented clinical environmentResponsibilities · Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures· Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, and chief complaints· Assist physicians during exams and office procedures· Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, EKGs, and basic laboratory testing· Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians· Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures, and assist with first aid procedures· Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care· Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems· Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and room turnover· Assist with surgical/procedural room setup· Support prescription management and patient record requests· Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and healthcare regulationsQualifications · Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience required· Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred· Minimum 6 months of physician office experience preferred· Specialty clinic or urology experience strongly preferred· Experience with EMR systems required· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities· Excellent communication and patient service skills· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environmentPreferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following are highly encouraged to apply:· Phlebotomy· EKGs· Surgical or procedural support· Specialty physician practices· Urology or outpatient clinic experience· Medical scribing· Veradigm EMR experienceWhy Join This Opportunity?· Supportive physician and clinical team· Opportunity for professional growth· Consistent daytime schedule· Collaborative outpatient setting· Ability to build strong patient relationshipsAbout NurSelect NurSelect Staffing is a Pennsylvania-based healthcare staffing and recruiting firm connecting healthcare professionals with premier clinical opportunities throughout the region.Apply today for confidential consideration. Please call: 717-983-2229Or text: 717-923-5941Send resume to: View email address on ziprecruiter.com
