The Opportunity :

You'llserve as atravelspecialist, helpingclientsbook travel, processing vouchers and travel expenses, and ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations. You willbe responsible forutilizingtravel management systems, educating clients on travel processes,identifyingtravel violations anddiscrepancies,and ensuring client vouchers and expenses are processed ina timelymanner.Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving skills will enable the mission's success.

WhatYou'llWork On :

• Provideguidance and educate stakeholders on federaltravel policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance.

• Interpretthe latestFederal Travel Regulations (FTR) and HHS travel policies.

• Assiststakeholderswithbooking travel andtravel arrangements.

• Utilize agency'stravel management systemsandaid stakeholders on how to navigate the system.

• Assistwith the completion and processing of vouchers and ensure all required information and documentation are included.

• Identifyand resolveany travel relatedissues, errors,discrepancies,or policy violationsand work with stakeholders to correctthese issues.

• Ensure travel expenses are reimbursed to stakeholdersin a timely manner.

• Stay informed on any new federal travel policies and communicate any changes to stakeholders.

You Have:

• 3+yearsofexperiencefacilitatingfederal travel

• Experience with Concur Domestic Travel System Government Edition

• Experience providing administrative leadership support

• Experience with travel coordination for the U.S. government

• Experience coordinating stakeholder travel bookings,vouchers,and expense reimbursement

• Experience interacting and communicating withinternal stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
