As Floor Manager at Greene St flagship, you will be the heartbeat of the boutique floor - orchestrating a seamless, creatively ambitious client experience while leading a team of style advisors to exceed performance targets. Working collaboratively with the Store Director, you will provide guidance and support to nurture loyal and engaging client relationships, with your leadership skills taking center stage. You embody the brand's progressive vision in every interaction, setting the standard for client engagement, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Champion a culture of personalized luxury service by understanding client needs, delivering memorable experiences, and managing high-value client relationships with discretion and professionalism
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training in luxury sales, clienteling, and Acne Studios' approach to brand storytelling and client experience
• Drive clienteling and sales performance by fostering long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, monitoring key KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve store targets in partnership with the Store Manager
• Provide strong daily operational leadership by creating floor plans, delegating responsibilities, optimizing coverage, and ensuring seamless execution of store activities and team performance
• Maintain an elevated store environment by upholding visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory accuracy and stock management, and ensuring compliance with loss prevention and company policies

Personal qualities we're looking for:

• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to read client needs and deliver excellent, tailored service
• Self-reliant and confident in guiding and motivating a team through clear communication and constructive feedback
• Skilled at prioritizing responsibilities and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• A genuine curiosity about fashion, with solid knowledge of current trends, sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising

Experience and knowledge:

• 3-5 years in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a progressive leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to analyze retail KPIs and build strategy plans accordingly
• Experience supporting recruitment, training, and team development
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin is a big plus
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills

The compensation range is $70,000 - 75,000, plus bonus and company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill and internal alignment.
