Description

• Conduct assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
