Job Summary12+ years of SAP IS-U FICA experience with deep specialization in with deep expertise in financial contract accounting, billing integration, and customer financial processes.Key Responsibilities SAP IS-U FICA Consultant 12+ years of SAP IS-U FICA experience with deep specialization in with deep expertise in financial contract accounting, billing integration, and customer financial processes.Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and AMS support engagements.Functional & Technical ExpertiseStrong experience in FICA Configuration & Design.Main/Sub Transactions, Payment Hierarchy, Clearing RulesDunning, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, Tax SetupReturns, Refunds, Write-offs, Open Item Management, Cash DeskBRF+ Hands on experience.Batch Job Scheduling, EMMA Monitoring & Clarification CasesIntegration with SAP CRM, FI, Device Management, SD Billing, Print WorkbenchPayment Plans (Budget Billing, AMB), Reconciliation Key Transfer, Direct Debit SetupABAP debugging experience preferred.Incident analysis and resolution across billing and FICA modules.Root cause identification and permanent fix deployment for recurring issuesMonitoring and optimization of background jobs and interface queuesHandling of service requests, change tickets, and enhancement deployments.Skilled in preparing Functional Specs & Business Design DocumentsProven experience in offshore–onsite delivery models and shift-based AMS support.Strong communication and customer-facing skills.Skill RequirementsOther Requirements
