Locations: Bloomington, IL
Position : Family Medicine (Outpatient)
- Inpatient opportunity available, if desired
Start date: 60-90 Days
Schedule:
- Mon/Wed/Fri - 8am - 5pm
- Tues/Thurs - 8am - 7pm
Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
Patient Population: All Ages
Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
EMR : Epic
Support: 4 Physicians | Dedicated & experienced support staff
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary: 251-277K (Experience based)
- Excellent Benefits
