Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for customer requests via telephone and provide resolutions to concerns
- Prepare, process and enter high volume of sales orders
- Support outside sales team
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing/distribution industry
- Advanced Excel, CRM and online chat experience
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to work in fast-paced environment
Salary Information
- $25/hour
