MORNING SHIFT - varies from 4am to 1pm

EVENING SHIFT - varies from 1pm to 9pm

Dunkin in Jacksonville are seeking proactive Shift Leaders who will be accountable for the daily operational performance of the restaurant.

Shift Leader's Responsibilities:

Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service of the daily operations
Creating a proactive work environment for Dunkin' team
Training, Coaching & Team Building
Efficiently able to manage fast paced daily operation
Lead the Shift with efficient shift deployment
