Bodily Injury Adjuster

Managing the Commercial Lines Auto Bodily Injury team, the full-time remote State Licensed Bodily Injury Manager will oversee the quality and timely resolution of complex bodily injury claims while leading a team of adjusters and collaborating with technology partners to enhance claims services. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a team of 5 to 7 adjusters, ensuring high-quality claim outcomes and compliance with best practices Oversee all aspects of assigned claims including reserving, communication, litigation management, and settlement negotiations Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve processes and enhance service delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or SCLA preferred 7+ years of leadership experience in a high complexity/severity claims environment 5+ years of experience in Complex Liability Litigation involving high severity bodily injury claims Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states of operation Expertise in handling First and Third Party Personal & Commercial auto claims
