Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania state license for Speech Language Pathology
• Background or experience with school-based therapy preferred
• Ability to handle a range of mild to moderate communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students of varying ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide therapy and interventions based on IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students across multiple grade levels as assigned
