Change the world. Love your job.Texas Instruments is seeking a Systems Manager within the System Engineering Marketing (SEM) organization. In this role, you will manage a team of system engineers, who in turn provide customers with complete semiconductor solutions for Test & Measurement applications. You may also work with Business Units & sales and marketing functions to determine priorities, and then direct and monitor the team to provide reference designs or otherwise demonstrate the integration of multiple products within an end-equipment solution. Additional job functions include providing technical expertise directly to large-volume customers or providing solutions for the general market. Providing inputs for future product development based on customer application specifications and market trends is key. This is a supervisory role with direct reports.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the test & measurement system teamDefine and drive system-level requirements for test and measurement applications, translating customer needs into reference designs, collaterals, or product roadmap requirementsServe as technical liaison with key customers and field teams, leveraging system engineers for application supportCollaborate with TI's product lines to deliver comprehensive solutionsMonitor competitive landscape and identify market trend inflection pointsProvide technical expertise directly to large-volume customersWork with marketing to provide solutions for the general marketProvide inputs for future product development based on customer application specifications and market trendsWhy TI?Engineer your future.
