ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I became a State Farm agent in 2023, taking over an office that has proudly served the community for more than 35 years. I currently have a team of four, and together we’re focused on building strong relationships with our customers while maintaining a fun, community-oriented environment.

Before opening my agency, I spent 30 years in retail leadership positions, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer service, and business management. I was drawn to State Farm for the opportunity to be an entrepreneur—to build my own culture, lead a team, and serve my community in a meaningful way.

I’m a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree and MBA. I love Silverton and am deeply invested in its growth and success. My agency sponsors many local causes and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, with most of our charitable giving focused on supporting local initiatives and events.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lawrence Biggerstaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• All associates must have an active insurance producer license or be willing to earn your producer license before starting
