Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuous production by executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing timely repairs. What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain equipment such as mixers, conveyors, ovens, flow wrappers, and related machinery Diagnose issues with PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to complete repairs Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues quickly Document maintenance work using a CMMS system Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements including GMP, SQF, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting high-volume production Requires standing, lifting, and working with industrial machinery Strict adherence to safety and food production standards Why This Role Matters This position directly impacts operational efficiency, product quality, and safety.
