90-Day Performance Review: Up to $2.00/hour increase

Experienced Ground Technicians: $22.00–$26.00/hour

Experienced High-Rise Technicians: $29.00–$36.00/hour

What Youll Do
As a Window Cleaning Technician, youll work with a team to provide professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout the Portland metro area.
Responsibilities include:
Interior and exterior window cleaning

Safely setting up, climbing, and working from ladders

Transporting and handling ladders and equipment

Maintaining a safe and organized job site

Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service

Working efficiently to meet production goals

Following company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver ladders and equipment

Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Valid drivers license preferred

Window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule
We offer full-time schedules including:
Tuesday–Saturday

Wednesday–Sunday

Sunday–Thursday

Weekend availability is required.
