Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Per Diem Pharmacist role is available in Mathiston, MS, supporting a busy veterinary pharmacy specializing in large animals. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with initial work dates on November 12 and 19, and December 10 and 17. One day of paid training will be provided before starting.

The role involves processing approximately 100 prescriptions daily. Responsibilities primarily include accurately entering prescriptions into the system, printing labels, and coordinating with warehouse staff who handle the dispensing of medications.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Mississippi pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience; retail experience is acceptable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing
• Familiarity or willingness to work in a veterinary pharmacy setting focused on large animals
