Responsibilities Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, helping them understand their visit and the services offered. Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each player’s visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales. Take orders quickly and accurately, manage bay service, and maintain a clean and organized environment. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing bays to maintain a safe and fun environment. Provide support to fellow Playmakers and maintain a strong on‑line presence. Follow Topgolf’s core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring in every interaction. Qualifications Positive attitude – a grump is not part of the team. One Team mentality – teamwork is essential. Player focus – dedicated to providing the best experience for each player. Ability to thrive in a busy environment, staying calm when it gets busy. Experience serving food and beverages, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. On your feet for most of the shift; walking throughout the shift is required. Engaged in a variety of physical tasks continuously during the shift. Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment. Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
