Job Title: OR RN Circulator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: Float to various locations Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty. License: Active RN License Certifications: Required AHA BLS; Preferred ACLS Must-Have: Must work 2 major holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day AND 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve. Description: The role involves performing as a circulator in the outpatient surgery environment. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive care of patients undergoing surgical procedures. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Flexibility to float to other operating rooms as needed is required. Candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills. Commitment to patient safety and adherence to best practice protocols is crucial. This position requires an individual who is proactive and able to handle dynamic situations effectively.
