What You'll Do:

Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with account questions, transactions, and account maintenance.

Provide exceptional service while helping clients navigate online account platforms and resources.

Research and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Maintain compliance and confidentiality while supporting financial account services.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with shift options available between approximately 6:45 AM and 4:00 PM. This is a fully onsite position in Denver, CO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
