Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Hydraulic Technician will play a crucial role within a small specialist and cross-functional engineering team, focusing on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing hydraulic systems for industrial machinery. This role involves servicing equipment across multiple sites, requiring frequent regional and occasional overnight travel. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will have opportunities for advancing technical skills within a dynamic maintenance environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair on hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and diagnose issues within complex hydraulic componentsInstall and calibrate hydraulic equipment according to specificationsInspect hydraulic components for wear, damage, or defectsConduct system diagnostics to anticipate and prevent failuresTravel to various industrial sites as needed for servicing and supportPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience working with hydraulic systemsProven expertise in hydraulic system repair
