TLM Quality Control AssociateLocation: 4203 Rasco Street Odessa TX Pay Rate: $27Responsible for all inspection activity in plant.1. In-coming inspection.2. Process inspection3. Final inspection4. Other purchased components and product's inspection5. System operation for quality control.6. Other work designed by quality manager7. Know well about HSE rules and HSE procedures of plant, and obey them.8. Should be trained and qualified before doing the job independently.9. QC inspector who works on special operation should own special operation license, such as forklift driver.10. Know well about hazards and environmental aspects with their control methods at this station.11. Wear PPE as request.12. Follow warehouse HSSE WI strictly.13. Daily maintenance for the equipment and tools at this station.14. Apply and control the chemicals as requirement and be familiar with MSDS requirements.Qualifications and Requirements:-Ability to read and write in English.-Prior experience in the manufacturing and machining industry preferred. 2+ years experience in quality control (repair shop)-Strong work ethic; conscientious and detail-oriented.-Knowledge of NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) inspection methods; Level II qualification preferred.-Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.-Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional measurement devices.-Ability to accurately perform dimensional checks and record results.Preferred Skills:-Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional measurement devices.-Ability to accurately perform dimensional checks and record results.
