Kickback Host

Responsibilities Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour for guests. Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for guests and team members. Oversee 5:30 Kickback service – food preparation, cleanup, and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and lobby areas. Ensure food safety standards and inventory supplies are maintained. Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture. Answer guests’ questions using knowledge of hotel, area, and events. Provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude. Qualifications Friendly, energetic communicator with a warm, willing manner. Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services. Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels. Ability to speak and receive written and verbal direction in English. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $17.15 - $25.16 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Benefits include a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 annually, paid time off, hotel discounts, medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, disability insurance, and a company‑matched 401(k).
