HR Generalist: Payroll, Recruiting & Engagement (Onsite)

Darnel Group in Monroe, NC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include payroll coordination, HRIS data management, entry-level recruiting, and fostering employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or related fields, 5+ years of HR experience including payroll, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
