Our employees are highly trained and motivated to serve our customers.Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned:Loading and Unloading product on, and into flatbed and box trucks according to assigned manifest using forkliftsResponsible for other warehouse duties within the department as assigned by the supervisorAbility to understand and follow internal and external policies and procedures and recognize out of compliance conditions and implement corrective actionFollow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work areaTrack inventory using handheld scannersCollaborate with supervisors, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of shipmentsSupport Inbound/Outbound OperationsBreakdown and Put Away DutiesOther duties as assignedSkills And CompetenciesEffective communication skills along with attention to detail and accuracyDependability & IntegrityCooperation / TeamworkAdaptability / flexibilityTakes initiativeCreative problem solverExperience And EducationMinimum High School diploma or equivalent, requiredForklift experience, requiredMust have prior experience with an RF Scanner and pallet jackMust be comfortable working in a physically demanding environmentMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environmentMust be able to lift 50lbs or greaterFinal candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
