- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid out in increments over the first-year employment).
- Competitive Pay: LPN- $29 per hr. base pay; RN - $38 per hr. base pay
- $3.00/hour differential for 2nd shift
- $4.00/hour for all weekend shifts
- $2.00/hour pay in lieu of benefits

Position Overview
As a 2nd Shift Nurse, you'll deliver exceptional care to residents, working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Documenting and maintaining medical records
- Supervising and supporting the nursing team
- Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
- Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
- Fostering a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience

- Physical activity, including lifting, standing, and assisting residents
- Commitment to safe transfer and mobility procedures
